The cycling events of 34th National Games 2023 road cycling championship won by the Pakistan Wapda by winning of 4 Golds, 2 Silvers and 1 Bronze medals, while Pakistan Army won 2 Golds,4 Silvers and Pakistan Railways won 4 bronze medals and HEC & KPK 1 of each.
