On the opening ceremony of 34th National Games Quetta Badminton event Mr. Ishaq Jamali Secretary sports Balochistan inaugurated the event with hitting the shuttlecock on the occasion.

Mr. Wajid Ali Chaudhry, President, Mr. Nisar Ahmad Shahwani Chairman, Mr. Raja Azhar Mahmood Secretary General and Mr. Pervez Habib Butt treasurer Pakistan Badminton Federation was also present.

10 teams are participating in the event. Results of today matches are as under:

1st Single: Ammarah Ishtiaq (Army) beat Sehar Majeed (HEC) by 21-13, 21-10

1st Double: Alja Tariq & Summiya Tariq (Army) beat Khadija Nasir & Faryal (HEC) by 21-11, 21-4

2nd Single: Alja Tariq (Army) beat Zainab Azam (HEC) by 21-13, 21-8Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Beat Punjab by 3-2

1st Single: Zubaira Islam (PB) beat Noor Saleem (KP) by 21-9, 21-13

1st Double: Sapna & Tanzila (KP) beat Kashmine & Samiya Ijaz (PB) by 21-19, 21-18

2nd Single: Sapna (kp) beat Kanza ul Eman (PB) by 21-19, 21-18

2nd Double: Kanza ul Eman & Zubaira Islam (PB) beat Noor & Iqra (KP) by 21-7, 21-6

3rd Single: Iqra (KP) beat Kashmine Nadeem (PB) by 21-14, 21-18
