Babar Azam, the skipper of Pakistan’s cricket team and one of the most skilled batsmen in the game, delighted his fans by sharing a glimpse of his Eid ul Fitr celebrations. His followers had been eagerly anticipating his Eid pictures, and he finally shared his Eid look, as well as some other photographs from his childhood home, alongside his brothers Safeer and Faisal.

“This year, I had the opportunity to celebrate Eid ul Fitr at my childhood home, and the rush of memories was overwhelming,” Babar wrote on his Twitter handle, where he posted the pictures. Firdous Market, Gulberg, Lahore, is where Babar spent his childhood. However, the talented cricketer moved to Defence a few years ago.
Babar Azam is currently one of the world’s best batters and has a large following. He is now leading the Pakistan team in the home tour against New Zealand. After the fourth T20I, which ended as a washout in Rawalpindi on Thursday, all players were permitted to visit their families to celebrate Eid ul Fitr.
The players will meet up tomorrow in Islamabad before the fifth and deciding T20I, which is set to take place on April 24 (Monday). In the meantime, other cricketers also celebrated Eid with their families today.
Eid is a three-day celebration that marks the end of the holy month of Ramadan for Muslims. It is an official holiday in all Muslim-majority countries.
