Pakistan Dominates Uzbekistan 3-0 in U19 Volleyball World Championship

KARACHI – Pakistan’s U19 Boys’ Volleyball Team continued their winning momentum in the FIVB Volleyball Boys’ U19 World Championship 2025, delivering a commanding 3-0 win against hosts Uzbekistan in their second Pool A match, held in Tashkent.

In front of a loud home crowd, the Green Shirts showed nerves of steel and played with absolute focus and precision. Pakistan sealed the straight-sets victory with scores of 25-23, 25-18, and 25-21, asserting their dominance both offensively and defensively.


Muhammad Yahya: A Captain Leading from the Front

Once again, Captain Muhammad Yahya emerged as the star of the show. The young sensation scored a match-high 24 points, including 21 from attack plays, showcasing his power, intelligence, and court awareness. His leadership was crucial in keeping the team calm under pressure.

Supporting him, Saud added 10 points, while Muhtad Ali Shah and Ajmal Janid contributed 9 points each, underlining the team’s depth and balance.
