PCB Announces Match Officials for Pakistan vs Bangladesh Two-Test Series in Rawalpindi and Karachi

RAWALPINDI, Pakistan – August 9, 2024: The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has officially announced the match officials for the highly anticipated two-Test series between Pakistan and Bangladesh, which is set to begin on August 21, 2024, in Rawalpindi. This series is a crucial part of the ICC World Test Championship (WTC) 2023-25 cycle.

Renowned English umpire Richard Kettleborough, part of the ICC Elite Panel of Umpires, will be officiating in the series. Sri Lanka’s Ranjan Madugalle, a veteran member of the ICC Elite Panel of Match Referees, will oversee the playing control teams for both Test matches.

The series will kick off with the first Test at the Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium from August 21 to 25. The second Test is scheduled to be held at the National Bank Stadium in Karachi from August 30 to September 3.
