To get to the U19 Asia Cup 2023 semifinals, Pakistan defeated Afghanistan.

Dubai – At the ICC Academy in Dubai on Tuesday, Pakistan defeated Afghanistan by 83 runs to advance to the semifinals of the ACC U19 Asia Cup 2023.
Pakistan, who are undefeated in the U19 Asia Cup 2023, used the fifties of Shamyl Hussain, Shahzaib Khan, and Riaz Ullah to put on an intimidating 303 in 48 overs. Shahzaib Khan, the opening batsman, led the team in scoring with 79 from 95 balls, nine boundaries, and a six. In his first innings, Shamyl Hussain amassed a 54-ball 75 by hitting seven fours and five maximums.
