ANNOUNCED: FIH JUNIOR HOCKEY WORLD CUP 18-MAN TEAM
ISLAMABAD An 18-man national hockey junior team was selected by the Pakistan Hockey Federation (PHF) National Selection Committee (NSC), which is led by Muhammad Asif Bajwa. This team will compete in the upcoming FIH Junior Hockey World Cup 2023, which will begin on December 5 at Bukit Jalil National Hockey Stadium in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. During the 12-day international prestigious hockey showpiece, up to 16 teams from around the world will compete for top honours, with Argentina defending its title.
Following President PHF Khalid Sajjad Khokhar’s approval, Mohammad Asif Bajwa announced the team on Wednesday, accompanied by NSC Olympian Anjum Saeed, Manager Asif Naz Khokhar, and Head Coach Roelant Oltamans.
